Autumn Market Sat., Nov. 21 -- Get Ready for Thanksgiving

Hi All,

Things are quickly coming together for a great day of fun and local products at our very first Autumn Indoor Farmer's Market. Everything gets started at 9:00 a.m. in the North Reading Moose Lodge 1511 140 North St., and continues until 1:00 p.m.

We'll have free coffee & water, Yarrow is coming with his balloons, and there will be a face painter too! Brian Henderson is singing from 9:00 to 11:00 and then North Reading High School Student Chrissy Pace will sing from 11:00 to 1:00.

Farmer Dave's has all of your favorite local veggies to satisfy your guests on Thanksgiving. I'm sure there will be plenty of apples for baking too.

Arrowhead is coming and should have some jams and hopefully some fresh eggs too with their spray pesticide free produce.

For those of you that don't have time to bake, Razzy's is coming and I'm sure they will also be accepting orders for Thanksgiving as well as for this weekend.  (1 of those squares will go great with a free cup of coffee!)

One of our Summer Market favorites is Deano's Pasta and they will have their usual selection of delicious pastas and sauces.  What an easy meal to enjoy while your prepping on Tuesday and Wednesday!

I'm sure you've had time to empty those bottles of honey and maple syrup you both in September. Honey Pot Maple Farm is here to help you stock up those shelves.

Another super easy wonderful dinner item for the days ahead is the rice dishes from El Camino. Yes, they are back and you better get your empanadas early because we even have lunch covered Saturday.

What's better to have with your lunch than a bubbly bottle of Tower Root Beer.  Drink some at the market and take a case home.  (We'll put them right by the door so you can grab it on the way out)

There's still Saturday and Sunday dinner to get to.  Seafood Express will be taking advance orders and bringing the best fresh local fish that we've gotten used to seeing over the last 2 seasons.  This is the perfect time of year to enjoy clam chowder and lobster bisque too.

Going to family for Thanksgiving?  Here is something you can bring along to make everyone happy. Frankie's Sweet Shoppe will have the chocolates you need.  (better buy 2 because I don't think you'll be able to resist eating one before Thursday)

Please spread the news and we look forward to seeing all of you Saturday.
